Welcome to Renaissance Masters. These terms apply to your use of renaissancemasters.org and funnel.renaissancemasters.org (together, "the Sites") and to any services you purchase from us. By using the Sites, you agree to these terms.

Everything we publish and discuss is educational and based on personal experience. It is not medical advice, and we are not doctors. Please read our full Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in our content or services replaces the advice of a qualified healthcare professional.

Free content and calls

Free content is provided as-is, for general information. Booking a free call places you under no obligation to buy anything, and places us under no obligation beyond holding the conversation.

Paid services

When you purchase a coaching programme or other paid service:

The price, duration and what's included will be set out clearly before you pay

Payment is taken at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed in writing

You agree to engage with the programme in good faith; coaching depends on your participation, and we cannot guarantee specific results — health outcomes vary from person to person

Refunds and cancellation (your 14-day right)

If you purchase a service from us online, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund — no reason needed. To cancel, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase.

If you ask us to begin the service within the 14-day period (for example, your first session takes place in that window), you may be charged a proportionate amount for what has already been delivered, with the balance refunded.

After the 14-day period, refunds are at our discretion. If something isn't right, talk to us — we would rather fix a problem than keep an unhappy client.

Intellectual property

All content on the Sites — including guides, emails, videos, text and branding — belongs to Phil Masters trading as Renaissance Masters. You are welcome to use it for your own personal purposes. You may not republish, resell or redistribute it without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Sites — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping content, or using the Sites for anything unlawful.

Third-party links

Our content includes links to third-party websites, including testing providers and supplement companies (see our Affiliate Disclosure). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or how they handle your data.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that: our content and free services are provided without warranties of any kind, and our total liability to you in connection with any paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for decisions you make about your own health — those decisions are yours, made with your own healthcare professionals.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the Sites at the time you use them, or purchase a service, is the version that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights.
